Online EAD Spouse Form Photographs

Hi there,
Just wondering if I have to create a separate "login" account for my wife or add another 765 and submit here application along with mine (file invidually OR jointly??)

Also, there seems to be some issues with photographs. Form says don't, while people said that they are requesting photographs, any comments?

I created only one account for my wife and my son and e-filed on Dec 7, we already got both cards.
We did not send any photos. Biometrics notice came 2 weeks later an they got their pictures taken. Piece of cake.
