I plan on going to Texas on a one way flight ticket to pick up my wife, whom is moving up here. We got married last Dec 2004 and her work as a teacher is over for the year. WE have booked a uhaul and are driving up. I have been approved as her sponsor and her immigration is in process to become a Canadian.
Is there anything to keep in mind when going through Customs as to why I have a one way ticket?
I have proof I'm coming back and not staying in the USA, I have the uhaul reciept, and hotel bookings for the drive up to Canada. My children live in Canada and my business is here.
