Hi All,

NOTE: GINNU, UNITEDNATIONS,MANWITHNONAME, GREAT GURU please reply to this and help.

First File:
----------
Old and current employer:A

EB3-Country: India(Bharat)-RIR-PD:07/2*/2003, I-140 approved - 485/AP/EAD/G-325 A filed on 07/12/2007 - No receipts yet.

Second File:
------------

Future Employer: B
EB2-Country: India(Bharat)-PERM: PD:06/2*/2006,I-140 approved

Note: Labor for both applications has similar codes except new filing is based on "Seniority" and thus EB2.

Now in light of October 2007 visa bulletin prediction given on www.murthy.com, It looks like EB2 may go ahead with comparision to EB3 ( Eb2: may stuck at January 2003 and EB3 May 2001/2) and by reading page 130 to 134 from the following link it looks like Priority date still matters even after filing 485 and your case can go on VISA HOLD SHELF if at the time of adjudication visa number is not available.

Questions:

1) Now I am thinking to file another 485 application before August 17th in l
light of this october visa bulletin prediction. Now my question is that
whether old PD (07/2*/2003, EB3) still can be ported to this new
application even though one 485 application is already filed on basis of
that PD?

2) In first 485 filing I have filed 485/AP/EAD/G-325A for all of my family
members and myself. In this kind of situation if I decide to file second 485 , should I just file 485 for myself or should I file 485 for all family members
and myself? I do not see the need of EAD/Ap second filing.

Thanks in advance for any help.
