Off Topic - H1 transfer question

Excuse me for asking off topic question(although I am in same situation as most others).

If I transfer H1 from employer-A to employer-B, does it mean my H1 with employer-A gets invalidated automatically ? Can I work for two employers(may be part for emp-A or on leave from employer-A and full time with employer-b) ?

If you are going to work for two employers simultaneously, your employer must file I-129 as concurrent employment.
