My Sister-in-law (SIL) applied for parents GC in Feb 2018. Their I130 and 485 was approved by Sept. Her job transferred her to India with proposal move back (to USA) by Dec 2020
However, due to COVID and job responsibilities , she and family stayed on in India.
SIL and family are planning to move back by June 2023 to US
Now with COVID backlogs reducing, the consulate in India has contacted her parents to start the process of medical and interview.
What are next steps that her parents need to take, can they go for OFC/Bio in next two months and interview in 2023, so they can coincide their US move with SILs family's move?
