October 2004 Concurrent Filing Tracker CSC

Starting a new thread for concurrently filed cases from CSC in October 2004.

My case details:
1) I140/I485 RD - 20th October 2004
2) I140 Approved - 27th April 2005
No news on 485 yet ??

Anybody on the same boat??

The processing time shows Decemeber 16. What's going on ?? we should have heard a decision by now by the current timeline.

I485: CSC sent RFE on 11OCT2004 (W-2s, Tax returns, paystubs)

Has anybody from October 2005 Concurrent filing got any 485 approval?? I am surpirsed CSC is posting dates for Dec approvals. But I do not see any change in my status.

Is it advisable to call the emergency number. Are they of any help.
 
Are you sure Oct 2005? We're in May 2005 now :)

I don't see any 485 approval from oct/nov 2004 in this forum.

My 140 RD is Oct 22nd and I've received an approval for the I-140 just recently , i.e. 5/12 but no news of my I-485 yet. As of now, the LUD is 3/21.

BTW , I think there was some reference to the fact that no one seems to be getting 485 approval in our timeframe but this is not entirely correct . If you look on the Nov. 2004 CSC tracker thread (same forum) , then you'll see a bunch of them have been approved simultaneously ... hopefully its just a matter of a wait .

Has anyone tried calling to check on status or is this a bad idea for the I-485 ?
 
From october the new year starts. Seems they stopped adjudicating 485 s for this year and approving only 485. They may be trying to approve all the possible old cases and then approve the new years cases. Its just a thought only ...

I don't know what is CSC doing. They are approving November and December cases. The 485 processing dates are jumping like crazy.

I put any enquiry on my case, but I don't think they ever do anything about it.

Does any body know how can we expedite this process??

I am from November. I filed concurrently and still haven't received I-148 approval (Inquiry done). Hang in there.

bluewater what do u mean by derivative is pending. do you mean your dependent's case is pending.

were your i-140 and i-485 approved on the same day.
 
yes, dependent's is pending.
I-140 AD: 12-APR-2005
I-485 AD: 25-MAY-2005
I-140/I-485 ND: 06-OCT-2004
EB3 PD: 08-APR-2002
 
you guys are lucky!

My RD for both 140-485 is Oct-5th 2004 and I haven't rcvd anything yet...I mean nothing...neither 140 or other one
