I got and email saying that my case was tansfered to LA office for an interview...God knows why...I have not heard anything regarding my AP, I responded to RFE in Jan-5th 2005...no news on I-140....

Today I just had a LUD on I485's (spouse and mine).

Anybody else had LUD activity recently?

I had LUD on both mine and my wife's 485 on 03/24. We are getting there

Is there some way to check whether the I-140 has been withdrawn by my employer. My RD I140 and 485 is Oct 14th 2004 and the CSC is processing 18 Oct or is it little premature to come to that conclusion. Has anybody else I140 been approved?

My RD is Oct-5th amd I haven't heard anything about my I-140 as of yet...
