Are U sure it is October RD 1999, pl clarify SITARAM IYENGAR !!!
Hello Sitaram Iyeangar, I am really surprised to see that OCT RD 99 IS STILL PENDING WITH INS, NSC. CAN U share more details, like
1. Did U got any RFE from them.
2. Have U called INS, and what kind of response U are getting from them.
3. Did U talk to your attorney.
4. I think your finger prints are valid for only 15 months. HOpe that is not expired. If so U have to get it done again.
