I was convicted of DWI about 6 years ago with just some traffic fines as a punishment due to my clean record and it was not an aggregated case. I hold a clean record before and after that incident and that is why I recently got my US citizenship and I wanted to apply for OCI. I am very scared that Indian Counselate of Foreign services may not take a decision in my favor.
Should I mention this in my OCI application?
