After I got my US citizenship, Got a divorce. I am planning to apply OCI for me and my kids.
My Ex-spouse got OCI before the divorce. I have a couple of question to apply OCI.
1. What is the procedure to apply OCI for me and my kids?
2. Do I need to add Ex-spouse details, signature and notarize supporting documents for kids? Can't apply OCI without Ex-Spouse involvement.
