Can someone help me with what documents are required for OCI approval for my minor son who is naturalized US citizen but he is born in India & has old indian passport and is applying with us ( we are naturalized US citizens and applying for OCI togather)?

or just copies of old and new passport and application form a & b and draft of 275$ per person is enough?
