OCI application reprint issue

Hello,

I applied for my sons OCI back in Apr but during this long weekend I got the whole package back (minus the money order). It took couple of phone calls and emails to get my refund issued in full and I should expect it soon in next few days.

During this email conversation I asked Indian Consulate if I can use the same OCI form (part A and B) that I used to apply through BLS as they fwd my application to Indian Consulate and I got a reply back to make a new application CKGS the new provider. My question is

Can I use the same application?

I just don't want to waste any more time dealing with this stupid people. I tried calling CKGS and Indian Consulate but nobody is picking up the phone nor they are responding to this simple email question.

Any body has any experience like this? Any suggestions?
 
Why you won't to scratch your head with the folks who care damn. Why don't you go with the new application instead of waiting for the last minute.
