O1 WAC-01-012-XXX not received yet

I still have not received a result for my O1 yet! The wait has been incredibly frustrating. My I-129 O1 visa was received on Oct 5 2000 by the California Processing Center. Notice date is Oct 19 2000. My receipt no. is WAC-01-012-XXX Its long since past 60 days! Has anyone got an idea of when I should expect a result to arrive?
