Let me understand first. What are you refering to when you say DOL. Are you refering to SESA or Federal DOL. If you are refering to SESA
then there is absolutely no chance july is correct. If you are refering to Federal then for your informtion we have already seen
approval in Nov. and also i find one more aproval for NJ application
at NY DOL. NY DOL is clearing the aplication in just one week. The
entire delay is at SESA.
 
SESA wiping their butts with our applications

Thats is probably why DOL won\'t open them cuz SESA wipes their asses with the paperwork. I am not sure about this "ass wiping process" but this is one explaination to why it is taking zillion months. I have heard others like 245i but they don\'t sound as good.

When The Labor application was filed at SESA and under which Category (RIR / NON RIR / CONVERSION TO

It would be great if you can specify following:-
1. The appliction was filed under which category ? (RIR / NON RIR / CONVERSION TO RIR) ?
2. The date when Application was filed at NYC SESA ?

3. The Date when SESA gave the receipt date for the application ?

NY SESA really makes me disappointed.

sounds like they are still processing January & February\'s cases.
Still need another half year for March & April\'s cases to be
processed, right? Wait with great patience.......................

1. Case #.
How does this relate to the date when Application was sent to and received by SESA ?

2. DOT Code.
Does this relate to the date when Application was sent to and received by SESA ?
 
just called my attorney. she said NY LC processing time has been

extended to 10-12 months now. The later, the slower.
so take time to wait.
 
How long does DOL take to Process

I Just came to know from my Lawyer that my Case was transfered from SESA to DOL on DEC 01/2001...The processing time seems to be current in DOL....Any body has any idea how long it realy takes...?

DOL doesn\'t take time, SESA takes time.

Forwarding of Case from Sesa to DOL is great news. From the same board
i found that the case of BEN was filed end of April.

Watch out Guys . I wish everyone is the next guy to get approval.
 
Unfortunately my case is EB2.

EB3 is much quicker than EB2. They almost finished
April cases for EB3. but for EB2, no move at all.
 
Yes ..I filed in April 01

Man10 is right ..>I filed my Labor on April/2001.its in EB3/RIR////I guess i have to wait for a few more weeks.... I heard from another source that most of the april cases have gone to DOL on Dec 1st ....
I think April cases took the longest bcos of the rush in 245i case....
once that is cleared...i guess i should be fast for all other cases

Well hope to hear from DOL anytime soon...
