attorney update

Spoke to my attorney - he is getting approvals for cases filed beginning of April 2001. He feels that NY SESA should get through april 2001 RIR cases by end of Feb!!!

Have any of you heard anything from your attorneys?

This seems to be fabulous news. How do you rate your attorney\'s reliability. Is it a big firm .

I am not so optimistic.

I think April cases will be processed in April.
