NVC and processing time - confuse?

I recieved Form I-797 for my married daughter. It says the petition has been approved and sent the visa petition to NVC in NH.

I recieved the notice on 12/12/01, Priority date is 04/27/00 but my daugther has not recieved anything yet - how long does it usualy takes?

It takes somewhere about 3-6 months for the whole processing and it depends on the consulate where your daughters case is alloted
