Number of Birth Certificate affidavits?

Folks,
I am confused about how many affidavits regarding BC needed to apply for I-485.I was born in 1976 and my birth certificate was registered late in 2005 with all the necessary details.(Lastnames/firstnames of my self and parents,DOB,Place of birth etc).All details in this government issued BC are correct just that ..it was only registered/issued in 2005 and not in 1976.

Do in need a single affidavit from my parents regarding this? or need 2 affidavits
one from parents and the other from a close relative?

You need 2 affidavits. One from Father and other from Mother. Its good to have Non availability certificate also.

Yes, you get to have affidavits, I beleive the affidavits from parents are not acceptable, get it from your relatives ..
