NSC - Who is still waiting after FP

Mine has been done for 2-3 weeks now. NOTHING.
Been more than a month. Nothing happened.

I'm waiting since filing 140/485 on Aug 4, 2006 ; FP done in Oct 2006 ... no news yet.
I-140 approved in Feb 2007.
Also, looks like NSC has not updated its processing times since March 15, 2007 - anyone have any idea why ?

They have updated them to April 18 today.

Yes. They have. Not that it matters as even if one makes an enquiry answer would still be same.

Now the I-485 times are sooner than the I-140's (September 11th). How is that possible?GC_PATIENT

I have filed my I485 in may 2006.My dates have been current from past couple of months.When ever call NSC people saying it's in NC.I don't know how long have to wait.I applied for EAD and AP renewal on 02-25-2007.My EAD got approved last week and havee been seeing luds on my AP everyday and it's not approved yet.The lasttime had luds on my I485 is 12/28/2006 and 12/29/2006, after that didn't see any LUDS on I485.

I am sorry to say that you will be stuck for a while. Some people are stuck in this NC stage for 2 to 3 years....There is no fixed/average time frame for NC. Hope they come up with a bill or something that will put an end to this situation.
Some have tried requesting their senators to check into the status of the NC and sometimes it has helped to speed up (sometimes it has not)...You may want to try req your senator..

I have filed my I-485 @ NSC on 6th April 07 but no FP Notice yet, so how long it takes to get FP notice from NSC. Thanks .....
