Hmmmm.. No one else applied in Oct/Nov/Dec 2004??

Hi guys. Thanks for starting this thread. I filed for my EAD in September. I did the fingerprint back in October but havn't heard anything for UCIS yet. The online status don't help at all. I check on there everyday. Anyone having the same problem?
 
Yesterday we received email that both our (mine & spouse) EAD's have been approved. But no news of AP. The LUD's changed for EAD & AP for both of us. Hopefully we would receive our AP too.

Interesting fact: We received 2 mail's each for our EAD approval. Maybe they are ensuring that it's true. :D

What time did you receive the email on the 20th?

I'm asking because my RD for EAD & AP applications is also Oct. 12, however, I haven't seen a change in LUD or received an approval yet.

Got email saying AP has been approved for both of us. Now for the rest of the saga... I485 :D

Interesting fact : We got 2 mails for each application.

looks like they are working on oct 12th cases now.
mine is oct 14th receipt date and 20th notice date

hope for the best
 
765 approved

we just got 4 emails from ins that our ead petition got approved
and no information yet on advance parole. we got emails at 8pm
saying that

"On December 22, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."


our pd is : sometime in 99
485/ead/advance parole filing date : 14th oct 04
485/ead/advance parole notice date : 20th oct 04
fp date : 3rd nov 04
 
Hi all,

My EAD and AP got approved. Received email from INS on Dec 22 for EAD and Dec 23 for AP. I haven't received the notification or the EAD card in the mail yet but hopefully I should get it sometime next week.
