NSC new processing times

NSC just released new I-485 processing times effective 09/30/01:

They calim to be working on Oct 25, 2000 cases!
This does not seem to make any sense. I have not seen any October 2000 RD approvals yet. Perhaps this is some sort of an accounting gimmick to "improve" their efficiency. Could it be that they are now going by ND rather than RD?

that is why the time has changed to 330 to 360 days.

It doesn\'t sound true, but at least it is Consistent. I am hoping they can prove it in the next few weeks. It is possible that they might have more people working on it now, or the fact that Sep, Oct, and Nov doesn\'t have a lot of cases like in July and Aug.

immitracker reflects some oct approvals

It does appear some Oct cases have been approved as shown in immitracker but this notice board is not showing much Oct activity so far.
