RFE (requesting further evidence) for calls???

Here were are talking something that doesn\'t make sense.
And everybody is believing some stupid thing.
So, to reply your RFE you prove that you didn\'t call, right?
I hope nobody believes this again.
Please post only that is relevent and useful.

If you read from top to bottom, he contradicts his own findings.
Then, Online-Batch etc. technical opinions follow. Everything
boils down whether to believe him or not. May be he himself
got confused or he may have misunderstood something what IIO was saying. I emphasize on something that is really true before you
put on this portal service. If one is not sure, he/she can say
he/she is not sure, that is perfectly alright. My opinion:
record is kept everytime you talk to IIO but no RFE is given for
this or ask you to resubmit this or that, I doubt this happens here.

Sometimes, people do post something incorrect info, I call it misInfo,
not avoidable. But, in that circumtances, discuss and debate it like
what we did here to find the truth. However, in this discussion, we
could not come to any conclusion. It is up to the reader to believe
it or not, based on all our postings.

Yes, you are right, he did not unambiguously give what happened
to his case. That\'s reason all of them asked him Qs again and again.

My earlier posting, when I said we discussed truth, was to imply
what the fact was being discussed. Not as this case being true.

Yes, it would be wonderful if we could minimize garbage postings
like the kind what he did, but reality of life is we cannot.
some people tend to talk gibberish when it comes to immigration.
a friend of mine was panicking to travel from PA in H1 when there was
an incidence of close monitoring in Alaska and was making up his own immigration rules. We see lots of these going around, I guess we have
to put up with this.

post your I485 RD, ND etc. I am just preparing to file I485 in a week
or two. Have you received your EAD if I485 is not approved yet.
 
I am also waiting for 140 RFE from Nov 21st

I did call INS AVM to check my case couple of time a weeks. My case was originally file in July 20th 2001 and Came to RFE asking my company\'s tax return, capability to pay my salaray and proof of paying the salary from the date applied for greencard...on OCtober 21st . My lawyer took a month to reply and finally replied on 21st november with the copy of my company\'s p&A statement from the SEC filling, as my company won\'t give me the tax returns as it is confidential....

Hope my case was not sent to RFE b\'case I checked the AVM too many times!!! Anybody waiting in this kind of RFE for 140...???
 
My case got approved

RFE NOtice date OCtober 22nd,
Replied on November 21,
Got Approved on Dec 13th

No, it is not true

I confirmed this with my attorney. He said that calling AVM to check the status will not affect your case in any manner.
 
I am out of i140 finally

Applied for 485 on 12/27 got reciept today
notice date 1/10/2002 and reciept date 1/8/2002

Waiting for the next step.....!!
