Since your case has been approved so late(compared to the normal processing time), could you please verify your I140 approval Notice and tell me what it says. DOes it say that your application has been transfered over to the National Visa Venter for Consular Processing even thought you didn\'t want to do CP. Please update and this is a urgent info needed for me. My case details : EB2 - RIR - ND = Sep 21st 2000, FP - Feb 28th 2001. My I140 says the above mentioned. Please update.

I 140 approved at VSC.

Since currently residing under NSC, I485 was filed at NSC. My wife\'s finger prints were rejected the first time and it took them nearly 6 months to send us another notice for fresh finger printing.
