Upload/download, somebody screwup, somebody got anger, complicated, what a PITA. Beside this all for beyond June 2004 as BILLTOO said . And we are pretty much same boat all filled after June, 2004. Name Check
Name check -- is this something to worry about - or it happens automatic.
Does the status (485) get updated after the name check is done?
I think calling and faxing would not help, as i feel that in any case they will take there own time.
What are Ur take on this ?

Status for 485 does get updated but its not always the same case. For me it did change but there are a lot of ppl whose status have not been changed.
My message says "Finger print results were received and process has resumed on your 485".
Some people get a message saying pending review but i think my status more likely states that all checks r done, well not sure though.
Did my fingerprints on 9/30 and the status changed on Oct 6th
Well, were you do your fingerprints also matters + the service center too i would imagine!
