November - 2004 CSC Trackers - Concurrent Filing

Did Anyone who applied after Nov 15 get FP Notice in CSC

Did anyone get FP notice, who have applied after Nov 15,2004. I see ppl getting FP notice who have applied in Dec 2004 and also did anyone get approvals on there EAD and AP.
 
FP notice

Me too. I did not receive the FP notice, mine application (Eb2) has a ND of 11/30/04. Wonder why the Eb3 applicatants filed in Dec. 04 and Jan. 05 received their FP notices.

I just got AP and EAD approval in email.

I-140/I-485/AP/EAD RD 11/18/04
FP ND 12/15/04, Done 12/17/04
AP approved 01/24/05
EAD approved 01/25/05

My RD is Nov 17,2004 and no approvals :mad: , I guess ppl with EB3 are getting approvals. I am EB2.

Hey GCIsTortoise did u have a LUD change on 12/24/2004!!!

Don't worry. It's well known that USCIS works on random fashion. You'll get it soon.
My I-485 last LUD is 12/24/2004 on FP clearance but not I-140 which is still in 11/19/2004.

I140+ I485 issue?

Hi,
My labor got certified 2 days back. I want to file for I140/ I485 concurrently since I have EB2 category. But I have a problem here.I have to travel to India soon and my visa is till July 2005. I want to back before the expiry of the visa.

1. Can I file for I140+I485+AP+EAD and leave for India with the receipts.Is it ok to leave for India without AP just with the receipts? How long does it take to get the receipts?

2.From where can I track the latest approvals for 140/485? How long is it taking for both approvals these days?

3.Or sud I file for 140 now and file 485 after I come back.Will that still be considered concurrent filing? And secondly,if I do it this way will I not have to wait for 140 to get cleared then apply for 485?

Please advice.Thanks.

My case details are same as yours. EB2 RD 11/17 and ND 11/22.

Got AP and EAD emails today.

Update when you get the same as well as FP notice.

Hi,
I am still waiting for AP approval, I see everyone getting EAD and AP approval same day but I just got EAD approval and not AP.

here are my ( and my wife's )dates ..

1140/485/EAD/AP - Reciept Date - NOv 26th 2004
EAD - approved on Jan 28th
AP approved on Jan 29th

No FP yet...
 
Still waiting for AP..RD 11/17/2004 .....anyone in the same boat as me!!

Just thought I would update:

CSC I140, I485, AP, EAD RD: 15th Nov
I140,1485, AP, EAD ND : 19th Nov ?? (not sure of this).

AP: Received Mail that AP was posted 27th Jan (but approval seems to have been around 20th Jan).

I have received my AP couple of days back and here is what I noticed: The address on the envelope was hand written. Not sure, if they are having some equipment issues.

I have not received my EAD yet (I dont know my WAC number so I cannot check whether it was even approved or not).

So, beemer dont worry... it should probably be coming soon.

Hi All,

Any clue about the FP, ppl who have applied before Nov 12 and who have applied in Dec, 2004 have got FP notices. First thought it was only for EB3 but even EB2 ppl have received FP notice. Whats up with us last two weeks of Nov??
 
Great Question!

I have the same question too. It seems that our files (Mid to End of 04 applicants) have been forgotten for the FP. Can we get an answer from somewhere?
