Nov RD RFE

RFE was issued on Nov 09, 02 for
Employment verification letter and Medical Exam (I693) for my daughter.

Received the copy from my Attorney today.

Will reply in a day or two to Attorney.

Hopefully, he will be sending by next week.

I will be posting the latest development in this thread.

My RD is 11/08/01
ND is 11/21/01

WAC 02-046-*****

When exactly did you get the RFE? Because we have nearly 1 month till Nov 9... 10x for sharing the info...
 
Good to see a LA case get RFE. (Well approved would have been better). But if we see a few more of these, we can safely assume that INS has started addressing So. Cal cases.

Also, I was thinking, that in order to move JIT further, now they *have* to start So. Cal approvals.

I have exactly the same dates as yours only thing is i'm from sfo,
hope i will see some movement on my case soon.

what did your online status says.

I am sorry. It is Oct 09.

Rfe for 1) Employment Verification Letter
2) For My daughter Medical I-693. Details are missing

My Employer is ready with letter. Tommorrow I will be collecting the report from Doctor's office. Hopfully it may reach INS by next tuesday or wednesday.

"On October 09, 2002, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours."
