Hi:

1. After I send the I130 to KCC, how do I find out if KCC has received my application.

2. Do I need to have a finger print for the US FBI to check my criminal status in the state if I lived in the states before

3. Does anyone know how to apply a policy certificate in UK?

Did you send it by registered mail with a recipt? if not, you may want to call KCC after three to four weeks.

I think you have to. Depend on the time you were in USA and how long ago. You may want to call KCC and get advice.

3. Does anyone know how to apply a policy certificate in UK?
