i came to US in Jun-09 and survied here anyhow with the support of friends and some family friends but i m pissed up with my employer because he didnt paid me any penny since i came to US and also not ready to co-operate me any ways. I know its long time for me i took a really foolish decision to try to get settle here but now no more.
next week i m travelling back to india.
But before i leav i want to file WH-4 against my employer. so anyone can guide me how does it will effect me and my status or if in future if i want to apply for one of my friends company for new H1.
Please advice urgent. and yes can i file WH-4 from India once i reach there?
