Not enough pictures for K3 visa, PLEASE HELP!

My sister got a paper saying there are more pictures needed from earlier years, but they dont have any. She gave them all already. She gave new emails and recently taken photographs only. Now for the next interview, she is adding phone bills dated 2007, emails dated 2007, new affidavits, screen shots of video chat. But there no other pictures. The paper they gave her mentions the pictures only. It doesnt say nething like "more evidence". Does this mean shes gonna get denied? Please answer me and give advices if u have any. Thank u in advance.
 
There are no baby pictures or school pictures or anything else? If she was photographed at school, there is a good chance that the school still has the photographs somewhere. I would contact all of her schools and see if they can help you. I am not sure where you are from, but almost all schools do some form of annual photographs. Best of luck, and keep us posted!!
 
My sister and her husband need pictures together as a couple. But they dont. So would other proofs like phone bills from 2007 work? What should they do? All they have is screenshots when they cam2cam on msn besides their recent pictures that are all submitted already. Is there anything else they can do?
