Finally the backlog center has sent my lawyer instructions to post ad in the newspaper.
1. Does the wordings i.e. job description have to be exactly the same as was used when the labor certification was filed?
2. Is there a criteria for size/circulation of the newspaper? Is only one newspaper required, or more? Can it be a journal instead of newspaper?
3. The cost to run the ad in Detroit Free Press will cost me $3,000!!!
