NO EAD/AP approval yet, RD: 07/12, ND: 08/28.

Hi,
    I am still waiting for my EAD/AP approval. I notice so
many of them in this board posting their EAD/AP
approvals who\'s RD/ND is later than my RD/ND.

Is EAD approval based on the region you live or
local INS?

I am from NJ. Will appreciate if any one can
share their thoughts on this.
