i am confused about niw. Can niw file for 140 and 485 concurrently? if yes, why eb1a is a better choice than niw? I know eb1a can file 140 and 485 concurrently. I am a chinese. thanks.
If you are from China or India, you cannot file I-485 concurrently with I-140 EB-2(NIW), which is why people from these two countries often try for EB-1. The EB-2 category is backlogged for India and China.
