Hello,
I have a couple of questions: I filed concurrently (without medical examination) for I-140 and 485 in July 2004. My I-140 got recently approved (June 3, '05). I had finger prints taken on April 7 (FP Code 3), and the LUD on 485 was 04/27 (the status message did not change). Same with my wife's 485. Also, we e-filed for EAD renewals and sent supporting material via Fedex. The EAD LUD has not changed.
Additionally, I plan to do the medical this week (so that I can send it to USCIS in case of an RFE).
So, three questions:
1) Is it normal for an LUD update after FP without a status message change (indicating FP results received)?
2) Is it normal for no LUD change after supporting material for an e-filed EAD?
3) Should I send the medical checkup results before I receive an RFE, or should I wait for an RFE?
