My cousin is a citizen of India with a valid B-1/B-2 visa. He has been traveling on business regularly (3 to 4 times a year, sometimes more) to the US for more than 40 years. He is the majority owner of a US corporation incorporated as an LLC in New York since 2007. The corporation is in the Logistics business with numerous large clients. These clients are vital supply chain entities. He recently applied to the US Consulate, Mumbai for an NIE but was denied. I am not sure exactly what they need to approve an NIE. Is there a way to appeal their denial?
