I have a valid L1 visa and will be applying for NIE application in the coming week. My wife and Kids had applied for L2 visa in Mar 2020 but the interview was cancelled due to Covid. As of now, Jan 2022 date is what's confirmed for the interview.
My question is if my NIE application is confirmed, can my family request to expedite or prepone the interview dates. Should I include my family in the NIE application? What's the best option for the entire family to fly to USA together as of today.
