next steps for company after employee EAD and SSN approval

Hi, I got my EAD and SSN based on i-140 filed by my own company. What are the next steps my company should take after my EAD and SSN approval? Should my company hire me immediately? or should it wait for my i-140 approval? any other steps my company should take? thanks
 
The company just needs to offer to employ you when you get your green card. They can employ you earlier, but doesn't have to.

Hope it is fine if my company offers employment from January 2023. Will a gap of few months between receiving EAD and company offering employment have any effect?
