new york city timeline?

Does anyone know of the NYC local office timeline for family-based AOS.

i applied in early februry under my husband's sponsorship, he is a citizen. i got my EAD card in june, my Advance Parole doc late July, this is really slow. (i found that they lost my advance parole document early july, ridiculous. )

what about fingerprint, interview and the 1-485 approval? does anyone know the rough time line?

I submitted my I-485 application to INS NYC Office in June 2001 (my spouse is citizen). It has been over 14 months and I still have NOT received the fingerprint and interview notice! I went to INS NYC twice and all they told me were "be more patient". When you deal with such an inefficient government agency, what can you do?
