New menu options to speak to a USCIS agent

Hi guys, it seems CIS have changed their menu options for their 800 number and I was not able to reach an agent. Does anyone know the new route? Thanks.

Options 1(English)-2-6 gets you to a customer representative.

I tried that. That was after the last change, but now it doesn't go through with those options. I'll try again.

it didnt work yesterday because it was columbus day and thats a federal holiday.
