Company A is filing an h1b lottery this year 2023. Completed my Master's in 2022 after there is a 1-month gap between my opt start date. As per college faculty guidance, my on-campus employment is extended for a month until my opt start date. At that time background verification is done. After a couple of weeks, Dso terminated the sevis record as Failure to maintain status and described comments as Both Student and Hiring department believes still old i20 will exist to use and extended the contract. Later there suggested the options of reinstatement and exit and travel back. So I applied for a new i20 and traveled to Mexico and back to the USA at the time they canceled my visa physically and mention 212 (a)7(a) (i) (I) INA.
My travel I-94 is not available
It will create any problems in H1B?
