hello members,
I'm a h1b visa holder and I came to usa in the year 2002 January.
I would like to know if i go back to india after my 6 years completion (ie around 2008 jan or feb), how soon can I apply for a new h1b?
is it possible for my current employer to file a new h1-b petition while i was in USA?
