I will be using AC21 - and my case was LC. My 485 was filed in VSC in Sep 2002.
My questionis on getting the GC y salary was to become X amount.
if I am paid 5% less of the X amount with the new employer, will it be a problem.
Please let me know.

Remember : Simmilar job Description = thats the key. By the way I am hoping to get a response with 3 - 4 months .. of Sep / Oct 2002 cases.
