Is there a law in USA that if the manager needs to go into his tenant's room, he has to give out a one day notice in advance (under normal situations)?
Besides, how about the security deposit? I talked to the manager before, he told me that just don't turn in the last month's rent fee. However, when I do it as he said, he put a note on my door, which says that I owe him credit by doing so. What is wrong with him? What is the actual law about this in USA?
