-----Need URGENT HELP WRONG PHOTOS SEND FOR EAD-----

Hello All,

I just realised today that I have send wrong photos for my EAD
renewal application.

I have send pictures in old style ( Side face visible ) and not with frontal
face visible.

It is almost 70 days since I have applied.

I want to know what should be the next step,

Should I send correct photos again or wait for some response from USCIS?

How do USCIS respond to such situation?

Do they deny the EAD and ask to apply again OR just asks for new
pictures?

I need some urgent help so that I can take action on this.

My take would be to wait for the RFE(I assume they would definitely send one...) and then send the correct photos... in the meantime after another 20 days u would be able to get an Interim EAD..

So you think they will issue RFE and WILL NOT STRAIGHT AWAY Reject
the application ?

In the later case I will be in trouble.

That's what I think.. but again... I am no legal expert.. so I would advise you to take some legal advise as well....
