Need Suggestion

My employment based GC application is in process. Last February I applied for I-485 .I got DV-2003 also. Is there any way I can use my DV as a backup?

Any wise suggestion????????

why not? most likely DV would be faster than I-485. depending on your case number though....

DV is conducted by the state department while I-485 is under immigration. 2 separate department.

just like someone has H-1B visa and get DV lottery... same concepts

You could choose both. But CP would be much faster.
If you choose AOS you should fill the same application I-485.

You should send them DS-230 for you and each family member and another application(sorry I forgot it's #)for you(if you are a winner).And 2 pictureS for each person who filled DS-230 .All translations you should bring for interview.But hurry up, because your interview date depends on your case number and DATE YOUR APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED.
