My category is EB2 India with a Priority Date of Jun 2007. Here's a brief back ground
of my case.
I was employed with company 'A' on H1 from Jul 2006
PERM from company 'A' approved in Jun 2007
Filed I-140 + I-485 in Aug 2007
I-140 approved in Jun 2008
Quit company 'A' and joined company 'B' on EAD in Aug 2008.
Later, Company 'B' got acquired by company 'C' (my current employer).
Received RFE on I-485 in Jun 2009 asking for letter from intended permanent
employer, copy of birth certificate and passport/DL. Submitted letter from
company 'A' along with other requested documents and my I-485 is pending since
then.
At present, Company 'A' is no longer in business and they promised that they won't revoke my I-140.
What should I do in this situation? Should I file AC21 with company 'C' or leave it as it is?
