I filed for permanent residency in 2013 and was granted my green card I had some criminal issues beforehand, I had 2 arrests for driving with a suspended license in 2001 and again in 2007. In 2008 I was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia (had less than a gram and a bowl) during my interview in 2013 I disclosed this and provided court dispositions and arrest sheets however I never filed for an i601 waiver. But the interviewer was satisfied and approved my application. I am now filing for citizenship will they deny my application for it, even though they approved the green card application and never requested that I file i601. Also can they take away my green card now after 5 years for not filing the waiver with the i485? Can I be deported now?
