I have been a student in USA 2 years before and left the country before my visa expired.
Than I applied for tourist visa and got it rejected.After that I went for studies to UK for 1 year.
I have returned from UK and Now I have a business in India and have about 30 employees, Paid the tax return this year and the professional tax of all the employees
Total transactions are about $300k and the profit after salary and all office expenditures are $30k. I am the managing director with 2 years in the company.
Do You see any point in getting accepted for l1b visa or i should expand it more for 1-2 years and than apply for it?
