Need help in collecting Plastic tracking data -PCee

Can some one provide me a spread sheet with Plastic tracking info? One can go to Approvals summary thread (sorted by AD) and click on user\'s handle and get info.

I need following pieces of info for this purpose...
Handle, AD, AOSStampDate, PlasticCardDate (for most it is blank), AOSStampLocation.

If the record is not there in my list then I need all the info that I track on summary pages and at minimum I need:
Handle, HandleWebLink(last piece wtarting with WebX), Rd, ND, WAC#
