I am in H1B for 8 years working in USA. Applied for GC Labor on Nov 2005 and it got approved. Got I140 Approved. Got EAD card, Advance Parole as I485 was filed on Jul 2007. I never used EAD to work. Finger printing and medical exams were done in US for myself and for my daughter who is 11 years old. I paid all the money for my GC process. I am planning on moving to India in couple months. I got a job in an Indian company in India(different employer). Is it good advice to move I485 to consular processing? In that case should I need to come to US for any reason related to GC process? Has anyone done this? Can anyone throw some light on this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
