my i 130 have been aproved and i am about to file a i-485, my Q is do i have to send the $1000 , with the aplication or at later time, because i had filled the i-130 before the dedline , a law that clinton signed before he left the office, that if u are in usa illigaly u can change the states without leaving the country.
