Need Help.....comapny bought over

I got my labour approved from chicago and will get I140 approval anytime from MSC service center.Now my comapny has been bought over by another company.Company name is getting changed,federal tax id is getting changed etc...but location is same.
Now whar are my options ?? Do i have to start over again ?

Amended I-140

My 2 cents, I think as far as your job description remains the same in the new entity, all you need to do is file for an I-140 amendment after your current I-140 approval comes through

Some people have attempted with same 140

but in addition took company "take over" documents and such proofs that support your case. News clippings/ internet articles in addition to a letter by your immigration manager will suffice.

one more thing...

As per Natcom, i have to file ammended I140 after i get approval.How much time does it take ?? Does it take the same as normal processing time or will be faster ?

will do so before i leave and i can take a copy of the app to
show to Chennai.

Are you saying

that you don\'t have to have approval for ammended I140 and can take the copy of petition for CP.
Please claify.

Yes thats what i understand from attorney.

Also heard some cases where they did\'nt even do 140 amendment
went with just documentation/letter from HR etc. and got GC
